We gather information on business professionals and companies from multiple sources. Once we have collection business information on a professional or company, we combine the information from the multiple sources to generate a Business Profile. Business profiles are included in our B2B Database and are made available to our users and customers. Business profiles could include information such as name, work email address, job title, department, work phone number, company name, work mailing address, employment and/or education history, and articles/quotes/social media posts associated with the profile.
Kloser obtains the data for it s B2B Database in several ways, including
Kloser also makes a subset of Business Profiles publicly available on our public website which can include name, company name, and job title.
Joining Kloser Community Program allows members to contribute their business network contact details with Kloser to ensure high accuracy of data in Kloser B2B Database in return exchange for extra credits for free access to premimum Kloser services and features. Kloser processes email headers and signatures contributed by the members of the community program to enrich our B2B Database with information such as name, work email address, job title, department, work phone number, company name, work mailing address, corporate and social media urls.
In order to ensure integrity of our B2B Database, we discard any non-professional information such as personal email addressess like gmail, hotmail, and yahoo.
We collect the following information from or regarding our customers: (a) personal contact information for users of Kloser Services; (b) information uploaded to our systems by users; (c) usage logs from using of our Services, including logins, timestamps, IP addresses, and other usage data.
Customer information may be used for Kloser's legitimate business interests in connection to your use of the Services, including responding to user inquires, completing transactions, personalizing users' experience on our website. We may use customer information in order to improve our services and provide better experiences to all of our users.
Visitors to our websites, browser extensions, and mobile applications may choose to submit their name, email address, phone number, and/or other information so that they can learn more about our services, participate in promotions and surveys, contests, and sweepstakes, among other things. By accessing, using, and/or submiting this information, you consent to the practices described in this policy with regards to information collected. We allow you to claim your business profile and to update information listed about you in our B2B Database. We use the information you submit only to update your Business Profile for the purposes of verifying your identity, and honoring your privacy preferences.
In order to use some of our Services, you may be required to create an account as part of which you are required to submit an email address. From time to time, we may use your email address to send you information about your account or our services in which you may be interested. All such communication does provide an opportunity for opting out of such messaging.
When you purchase our products and services, your might need to provide a credit card information. If you pay with a credit card, our card processor, Stripe Inc. processes your payment information and Kloser does not have direct access to this information. Stripe will store your credit card information in an encrypted and secure format and will not share, sell, or use it without your consent.
As part of our services, we makes certain integrations with 3rd-party CRM, MAT, or sales enablement software available to our customers. If you choose to use these integrations, information may be transfered to Kloser for purposes of matching or cleansing customer data against Kloser B2B Database. In that event, we may retain and store such business profile information for purposes of identying potential contacts to verify accuracy of such business information, removing out-dated information, or otherwise improving Kloser research processes or services.
In order to provider certain functionality, Kloser may require you to give access to your work email or calendar services (e.g., Google Workspace or Office 365). Depending on the functionality the user is requesting, we may collect information such as email headers and signatures, calendar meeting information such as participants, meeting subject, description, date and time. Users have control over what data is collected through controls on their account settings.
We may use information we already have about you in order to draw inferences about you or to procedure various scores or ratings such as likely to engage. We use algorithms that evaluate data in our B2B Database in order to assign ratings and scores. We do not make any decisions about individuals and we do not tell our customers whether to reachout to a particular individual or not.

Generally, we will use your data in the following circumstances:
We may make any information in Business Profiles that our users contribute through Community Contribution Program, that we collect through in-house research and/or conducting surveys and interviews, that we license from 3rd-parties, available to our users on our website or in our public directy available on the web.
We may share Business Profile information with our affiliates who my act for us for any of the purposes set out in this privacy policy, including our current or future parents, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership with Kloser.
We may share Business Profile or other collected information to service providers for the sole purpose of providing functionality related to our operation of our Services.
As part of our Integration functionality with 3rd-party CRM, MAT, or sales enablement software, information from Kloser might be shared with the aforementioned 3rd-party as requested by our user.
We might share information collected, in our discretion, to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoena/court order, legal process or other government request, (ii) enforce our Terms of Use Agreement, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, (iv) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our Company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law and (v) detect, prevent or otherwise address criminal (including fraud or stalking), security or technical issues.
